Kent Trainor

Kent Trainor is a Sales Representative with McCann Realty Group Ltd. and is passionate about helping clients invest and live in Midtown and Uptown Toronto, focusing on neighbourhoods he knows best, including Lawrence Park, Bedford Park, Teddington Park and Hoggs Hollow.

Settling in Teddington Park in 2003 and raising his family along the way has helped shaped a deep connection and affinity to the neighbourhood he still calls home.  Outside of real estate, Kent is a passionate golfer and draws energy from cottaging on Lake of Bays with his wife and two daughters.

Although Kent’s path to real estate aligned with his keen interest in the housing market, it hasn’t been a direct route.  As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Kent’s corporate finance career spanned over 30 years across various industries including media, mining and financial services before transitioning to real estate.
