Simon is a Toronto native and has a deep understanding of Toronto’s premium residential market. He has the knowledge and experience in building custom homes in the city (family business) and is prepared to take the extra steps to physically assist his clients in making their unique properties stand out. His expanding network, professional approach to business and his passion for exceeding clients’ expectations pairs perfectly with his expertise in new developments and investments properties throughout the GTA. Simon’s hobbies include playing tennis, soccer and hiking. He considers himself a philanthropist and is proud to donate a part of his income to the SickKids Foundation annually.
