I was very impressed on how McCann Realty knew Toronto, Schools and helped me decide on where I would like to locate to since I was unfamiliar with the city. I worked with Cheri and Kaitlin McCann They were always available to show me homes and educate me on the location. I looked in the Leaside, Yonge and Eglinton, Davisville Village, Chaplin Estates, Lytton Park in Lawrence Park. Their knowledge in negotiating successful transaction was amazing. They protected me with a well written contract, and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. I would highly recommend working with McCann their well-versed throughout the city. They weren’t looking for a quick transaction they are looking for the best interest of their clients, which was the most important thing to me. I would highly recommend them.

We recently moved to Toronto and were having a difficult time finding the right place to rent until a friend referred us to Kaitlin at McCann Realty. Kaitlin made the entire process incredibly smooth. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and organized full days of showings, to accommodate that we were travelling from out of town to see places. As we were unfamiliar with the city, her knowledge and honest advice about different neighborhoods helped us choose the area that best fit our lifestyle/situation. We had a moving deadline to meet so a BIG thank you as well to Sydney, who stepped in to assist with showings when Kaitlin was not available. It really speaks to the McCann team as a whole that we received such consistent support throughout the whole process. In the end, when it came time to submit offers, Kaitlin went above and beyond! She negotiated an amazing deal for us …all while she was supposed to be on vacation! We were able to secure a beautiful place to call home in a great neighbourhood, within our budget. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. We have been living in our new home for a couple months and it has been great. Kaitlin even kindly took the time to check-in with us following the move!
